China is experiencing an OpenClaw gold rush. The surge of interest around the open-source AI agent is pushing developers and enthusiasts to rent cloud servers and buy AI subscriptions just to experiment with it, creating a sudden windfall for tech companies across the ecosystem. The bigger signal is how fast the market is shifting from models to agents. When people start paying just to try them, a new AI platform wave may already be underway. https://t.co/SbnnG7N6jn @wired @ZeyiYang
@antirez Unless you understand how transformers actually work, your efforts will fall apart. Treating AI as a black box is a dead giveaway that youβre doing it wrong. Just be aware of it.
@ericosiu AI is just software. Nothing to βbelieve inβ unless youβre a mystic. Mixing technology with belief is a red flag, be careful. Technology is grounded in science, not opinions or beliefs.
Bioshrek begins. Thank you @Ginkgo for fulfilling my dreams of being able to impulse buy custom automated microbial bioart π https://t.co/XDxo72lBe4

Falcon 9 launches 29 @Starlink satellites from Florida https://t.co/X02X5lhlSz

Ages of the Founding Fathers on July 4, 1776: -James Monroe, 18 -Aaron Burr, 20 -Alexander Hamilton, 21 -James Madison, 25 -Thomas Jefferson, 33 There is indeed a problem with people today being unserious, but to pretend that age itself is the problem is ridiculous
@milan_milanovic For AI to be genuinely useful, these premises need to hold: 1.The user or system provides the correct context 2.The AI actually has the needed information 3.The solution meets user expectations 4.The solution actually solves the real problem, not just what the user thinks
@elonmusk @Rainmaker1973 However, presumably there is no district grid of Planck cubes with definite positions for each cube, and continuous functions do not accumulate errors as they would do if discretized on a grid. Or maybe they do?
Deployment of 29 @Starlink satellites confirmed

Grok 4.20 Beta just took No1 on Artificial Analysis and scored in reasoning, intelligence, performance, and price analysis. - Lowest hallucination rate EVER: 22% - No1 Instruction Following: 82.9% on IFBench - 265 tokens/sec - fastest in class, >2x Grok 4.1 Fast Very remarkable because Grok 4.20 was released just about a month ago and is still in Beta. Huge congrats to xAI & Elon Musk
The computational power in your iPhone is >100 million times more powerful than the computers that landed Apollo 11 on the Moon. And yet, most people use it primarily to argue with strangers on the internet. The future's already hereβwe just need to deploy it better.
@aarav_dev05 Not Saasy yet but coming soon...
@andruyeung Uhh production ready = value creation/capture > value loss. So whats the problem? Quickly forgetting move fast and break things are we?
@YiMaTweets Would you have a standard reference for *training* a system from data (system identification) with sufficient flexibility to be trained with a "straightening" criterion? Obviously, using a locally-linear approximation of a non-linear system is standard practice. But what we're doing is different: we are training an encoder (that maps observations to states) so that state dynamics follows trajectories with minimum curvature. The basic idea is not new. This was the topic of Olivier HΓ©naff with @EeroSimoncelli at NYU.
