@xlr8harder For people saying they are sorry, don't listen to them. Windows is fine. Just setup WSL2, which has cuda support out of the box. Apart from that the only thing you might miss are some mac-only apps.
BREAKING: META acquires Moltbook, a social network built for AI agents.
I’ve been to SF 10 times in the past 10 months and I always end up at SHACK15 lol
Damn @GeminiApp liked my post lol https://t.co/KTGUagI3yR
New research on Self-Evolving AI Agents. Really interesting benchmark for evaluating a critical but overlooked capability: can LLMs create reusable tools from scratch, not just use existing ones? Tool-Genesis tests whether models can infer interfaces, generate schemas, and implement working code from natural language descriptions alone. Why does it matter? Self-evolving agents need to build their own tools, not just pick from a menu. Current models produce plausible-looking interfaces that quietly break downstream, revealing a key bottleneck for autonomous tool creation. The most promising finding: closed-loop repair, letting models debug via execution feedback, dramatically improves results. But the gains are scale-dependent; smaller models can't exploit that feedback as well. Paper: https://t.co/ez1Sg1Igqn Learn to build effective AI agents in our academy: https://t.co/LRnpZN7L4c

A preponderance of fund managers now thinks US tech firms are overinvesting in AI. More on this in the Chartbook Top Link today. https://t.co/Ww9HWs7EmQ
Amazon is holding a mandatory meeting about AI breaking its systems. The official framing is "part of normal business." The briefing note describes a trend of incidents with "high blast radius" caused by "Gen-AI assisted changes" for which "best practices and safeguards are not yet fully established." Translation to human language: we gave AI to engineers and things keep breaking? The response for now? Junior and mid-level engineers can no longer push AI-assisted code without a senior signing off. AWS spent 13 hours recovering after its own AI coding tool, asked to make some changes, decided instead to delete and recreate the environment (the software equivalent of fixing a leaky tap by knocking down the wall). Amazon called that an "extremely limited event" (the affected tool served customers in mainland China).
"Forced to choose point blank between Dario and Sam, I... would go with Dario. But aside from his courageous stand on mass surveillance and fully autonomous weapons, Dario is more like Sam than (...)anyone I can think of. Except for maybe Elon" @GaryMarcus https://t.co/CMPbEZM9IY https://t.co/ZOle9BsNYb
@DavidKnopfler @heynavtoor yep already shared, thanks
A new AI tool flips the usual script. Instead of just generating answers, it helps people ask better questions, often leading to deeper insights and better decisions. Sometimes the real power of AI isn’t the answer it gives, but the questions it helps us discover. https://t.co/xVaDJsWOor @MITSloan

Meta’s former chief AI scientist has long argued that human-level AI will come from mastering the physical world, not language. His new startup, AMI, plans to prove it. https://t.co/jCFpoorFOn

@NicolasDufourcq Merci de votre soutien !
@marty_kausas This is awesome! Before Brev, we cold called a lot for my first startup. It was 2018-2020 so things were different then, less random calls, etc. Do cold calls still work?
PyTorch Day India 2026 was a builder-focused milestone for open source AI in Bengaluru.
