AI coding assistants are getting their own review teams. Anthropic has introduced a new agent-based code review system for Claude Code, modeled on the internal processes used by its engineers. Even AI-written code now needs AI reviewers. https://t.co/6oitFZloH7 @AnthropicAI

The next major technological advancement for computing after the smartphone: BCI But what is BCI? "It's a brain-computer interface. So something that directly inputs and outputs information into your brain and connects to your neurons. So the most famous example is obviously Neuralink from Elon. Neuralink is doing is having a robot that is inserting these threads into your brain. And they're able to do a lot of really cool things with that, so they can give someone that was not able to move his arms for a very long time now, able to control the cursor and use the computer again, etc.. So that has been like a standard application. But there's more ideas, you know, making blind people see. Again, the general idea is like BCIs are all kinds of systems that can directly interface with the brain. And the long term goal is that you get to much higher bandwidth than what we can do with a keyboard." Full breakdown in our interview with Alex Blania (@alexblania) Co-Founder of Merge Labs with Sam Altman (@sama), Mikhail Shapiro (@mikhailshapiro), Sumner Norman (@SumnerLN), Sandro Herbig (@sandroherbig), & Tyson Aflalo

My last open-source project before joining xAI is just out today. Megatron Core MoE is probably the best open framework out there to seriously train mixture of experts at scale. It achieves 1233 TFLOPS/GPU for DeepSeek-V3-685B. https://t.co/QA1KRGu2Nc

NEW: Texas teen shoots woman in the neck who was visiting her friend with cancer before stealing the car belonging to the woman with cancer. 18-year-old Darius DeWayne Hall has been arrested for allegedly shooting Marietta Allison in northwest Houston. The friend with cancer, Cassie Daniel, has shared a post detailing what happened. "There wasnโ€™t any parking, so Marietta had driven around the block to find a parking spot, and we heard the gunshot," Daniel said. "We were later told that her heart stopped immediately when [Hall] shot her in the neck." "The man took her purse, stole my car key, and took the car." Hall was under juvenile suspension for multiple previous charges, including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, according to court records. Another avoidable death.

We're launching 21st Agents in beta. It's the infrastructure layer for Claude Agent SDK - runtime, sandboxing, billing, UI, streaming - so you can ship agents to production without building infra from scratch. Think Vercel for Claude Agent SDK. Full walkthrough in the video below ๐Ÿ‘‡

Weโ€™re very happy that Genspark is the first agent company integrated into Microsoft 365! What impressed us most about Agent 365 is that Microsoft didnโ€™t just build a platform, they built the trust layer enterprises actually need. Governance, security, and compliance are baked in from the start, so IT leaders can deploy AI with confidence. For Genspark, that meant we could now bring Genspark's AI into enterprises and directly into Teams, Microsoft Word, other M365 productivity apps, Copilot and computer use with compute fromย Windows 365 for Agentsย all within the purview of enterprise IT while letting users experience it in the flow of work. That's the kind of partnership that gets us excited! https://t.co/AaP68DThSD

๐Ÿ“ข BREAKING: FT reports that Yann LeCunโ€™s startups AMI Labs raises $1.03 bn to build world models, at a pre-money valuation of $3.5bn. Congratulations @ylecun ๐Ÿš€ The financing positions the company as a test of LeCun's belief that today's large language models fall โ€‹short of human-level reasoning and autonomy. LeCun โ€‹earlier said AMI aims to build systems capable of reasoning and planning in complex real-world settings. โ€Œ AMI Labs (Advanced Machine Intelligence Labs) aims to solve the limitations of standard language models by building world models using the Joint Embedding Predictive Architecture to observe spatial data. This visual framework helps the AI internalize how objects behave so it can safely plan complex actions. Relying exclusively on text limits AI to human linguistic output while ignoring the massive bandwidth of unspoken physical laws. Building predictive spatial architectures is the mandatory leap required to achieve reliable autonomous agents. Building predictive spatial architectures is the mandatory leap required to achieve reliable autonomous agents. This fundraising included backing from a global group of investors, including Franceโ€™s Cathay Innovation, Amazon founder Jeff Bezosโ€™s Bezos Expeditions, Singaporeโ€™s Temasek, Seoul-based SBVA and US chip giant Nvidia. The company's near-term target customers are organizations operating complex systems, including manufacturers, automakers, aerospace companies, biomedical firms โ€‹and pharmaceutical groups. Over time, he added, the technology โ€‹could also support consumer applications. "What consumers could be interacting โ€‹with is โ a domestic robot. You need a domestic robot to have some level of common sense to really understand the physical world." LeCun said he was also talking โ with Meta โ€‹about potentially deploying the technology in its โ€‹Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses. "That's probably one of the shorter term potential applications," he said. --- ft .com/content/e5245ec3-1a58-4eff-ab58-480b6259aaf1

Coding agents got good enough that an entire step in our product became pointless, so we killed it. We used to have builders write requirements, break them into tasks, then hand those tasks to their coding agent. The task breakdown step felt necessary because agents couldn't handle complexity on their own. That's not true anymore. Claude Code, Cursor, and other agents can now take a single requirement and figure out the implementation steps themselves. They break down work as they go, make decisions based on what the code actually looks like, and track what they're doing in real time. They're better at planning their own work than we are at planning it for them. So we removed the Tasks tab. The new flow is simpler: write a solid requirement, hit Build, pick your agent. That's it. No task lists, no manual breakdown, no micromanaging steps the agent should figure out on its own. Your job as a builder is to define what needs to exist and why it matters. The agent handles how. Requirements are the only leverage point that matters now. Tasks still exist, but they're record-keeping. The agent creates them as it works so you can see what it did and resume later if you need to. They're a log of what happened, not a plan you write upfront. This is what building with capable agents actually looks like. Less planning overhead, more time on the part that determines whether your agent builds the right thing.

Let me get this straight > the silent filibuster isn't in the Constitution, it's literally just made up procedure > it allows a 40-senator minority to block one of the most important and overwhelmingly popular bills of all time > luckily, the majority could easily end the silent filibuster and do the will of 84% the people. Exceptโ€ฆ they continue to apply loser logic This isnโ€™t business as usual. Anyone trying to support loser logic isnโ€™t just a loser, theyโ€™re literally destroying the future of secure elections. Which is traitorous
