Met a founding engineer today from @Replit. Jen Li. We were both judging the @Pokee_AI hackathon. They have me some credits and I built two apps in 20 minutes using the X API:a weather one which mapped storms being reported in by my climate scientist list and another monitoring my three news lists for information about the Iran war. Pokee includes X API for its customers automatically. While doing that my other AI read all your posts: https://t.co/8L5xphk0qQ He tells me about why Replit is hugely important in the AI industry. In other words how you can use it in your life and business.

Five major supply chain attacks in two weeks, including LiteLLM and axios. We install most of these packages without thinking twice. @kstonekuan and I built YOINK, an AI agent that removes complex dependencies you only use for a handful of functions, by reimplementing only what you need, so you don't need to worry about supply chain attacks anymore. @karpathy recently called for re-evaluating the belief that "dependencies are good". OpenAI's @_lopopolo echoed this in his harness engineering article: agents reason better from reimplemented functionality they have full visibility into, over opaque third-party libraries. YOINK makes this capability accessible to anyone.

Software horror: litellm PyPI supply chain attack. Simple `pip install litellm` was enough to exfiltrate SSH keys, AWS/GCP/Azure creds, Kubernetes configs, git credentials, env vars (all your API keys), shell history, crypto wallets, SSL private keys, CI/CD secrets, database pa

667+ InsurTech ventures. 18 countries. $10.8 billion in funding. That is what the #SilkRoad insurance corridor looks like today. I spent last week in Istanbul at the first Silk Road Insurance Forum, mapping this ecosystem, delivering a keynote on the #agenticfrontier, and leaving with one conviction reinforced: The #protectiongap is not a future risk. It is a present failure of ambition. $9 trillion. 4.5 billion people without adequate coverage. $83 trillion mortality protection gap in Asia alone. The frontier insurer does not wait for the market to mature. It architects the infrastructure that closes this gap, through parametric products, embedded distribution, mobile microinsurance, and AI-augmented underwriting for the previously uninsurable. 82% of senior leaders say 2026 is the pivotal year to rethink their operating model. Only 20–30% of digital transformations succeed. Frontier transformation is not digital transformation with better branding. It is a redesign of the operating model itself. Three phases. 1️⃣ One intelligence layer. 2️⃣ A fundamentally different human-agent ratio. 3️⃣ Everyone of us becoming agent managers. I've published my full conclusions from Istanbul in this morning's newsletter. Enjoy 👇🏽 https://t.co/OSgdEDcJeZ What does your 2026 operating model redesign look like? Read the full commentary...

Warren Buffett on what caused the 2008 Global Financial Crisis "You cannot stand to see your neighbor getting rich. You know you are smarter than he is. And he is doing these things and getting rich. Your spouse is unhappy with you because you aren't doing it. And pretty soon, you start doing it. And so you get the three Is: the innovators, the imitators, and the idiots."

ChatGPT literally just flagged the Seven Last Words of Jesus on Good Friday....hit a policy violation & marked it as "dangerous" 🤦 My friend was just doing sermon research. That's it. But here's the wild part..... ChatGPT has no problem giving a step-by-step guide for suicide… yet somehow a quote from the Bible is marked as harmful and blocked as a policy violation Make it make sense...ChatGPT is just utterly woke AI 🤡

This is Farzapedia. I had an LLM take 2,500 entries from my diary, Apple Notes, and some iMessage convos to create a personal Wikipedia for me. It made 400 detailed articles for my friends, my startups, research areas, and even my favorite animes and their impact on me complete with backlinks. But, this Wiki was not built for me! I built it for my agent! The structure of the wiki files and how it's all backlinked is very easily crawlable by any agent + makes it a truly useful knowledge base. I can spin up Claude Code on the wiki and starting at index.md (a catalog of all my articles) the agent does a really good job at drilling into the specific pages on my wiki it needs context on when I have a query. For example, when trying to cook up a new landing page I may ask: "I'm trying to design this landing page for a new idea I have. Please look into the images and films that inspired me recently and give me ideas for new copy and aesthetics". In my diary I kept track of everything from: learnings, people, inspo, interesting links, images. So the agent reads my wiki and pulls up my "Philosophy" articles from notes on a Studio Ghibli documentary, "Competitor" articles with YC companies whose landing pages I screenshotted, and pics of 1970s Beatles merch I saved years ago. And it delivers a great answer. I built a similar system to this a year ago with RAG but it was ass. A knowledge base that lets an agent find what it needs via a file system it actually understands just works better. The most magical thing now is as I add new things to my wiki (articles, images of inspo, meeting notes) the system will likely update 2-3 different articles where it feels that context belongs, or, just creates a new article. It's like this super genius librarian for your brain that's always filing stuff for your perfectly and also let's you easily query the knowledge for tasks useful to you (ex. design, product, writing, etc) and it never gets tired. I might spend next week productizing this, if that's of interest to you DM me + tell me your usecase!
