  "text": "We've been training pathology and neuro foundation models at Sophont for a year now, and the pathology work is now good enough for real cancer research\n\nUsing routine tissue slides nearly all cancer patients already have, we predict spatially resolved genes and infer biological pathway activity\n\nHence, more cancer patients can have their tumors' biology molecularly interpreted to assess treatment options & discover biomarkers, which unfortunately isn't typically performed in routine standard of care\n\nLooking forward to working with research teams to actually deploy the fruits of our research to cancer patients",
