  "text": "I have been to 10+ factories across the USA in 45 days… here’s what I learned:\n\n- Everyone’s hiring, nobody can find people\n- Retirements are a tribal knowledge crisis\n- Language barriers in many factories \n- World-class robots… but use paper/whiteboards\n- Same ERPs everywhere, data is siloed, Excel is default\n- Everyone hates their 30+/yr old ERP, but are locked in\n- Huge gap between connecting software and hardware\n- People know about AI, but nobody uses it \n- Every factory is different (even if owned by same company)\n- We don't take USA manufacturing seriously enough as a country\n\nThis gets me fired up.\n\nWe believe American factories should be a point of pride again, not a story of being squeezed by overseas competition.\n\nHarmony exists to help reindustrialize the USA, protect family-owned factories, and strengthen large enterprises.",
