Seventh workout: Same warmups 6x225 2x275 1x295 8 min break 1x315 - video attached. I knew I could do it without a spotter. I made a mistake, notice the right end of the bar bumped on the stopper on its way down. Put me a bit out of balance but still didn’t destroy the lift. 8 min break 1x320 - failed fast again. Next time I may have to go directly from 295 to 320
