    "text": "Some of our most enthusiastic Town users are finance people. CFOs, heads of finance, FP&A leads.\n\nThese are people who've been automating inside spreadsheets for years. Pivot tables, macros, complex models. They're incredibly skilled at it.\n\nBut anytime something needed to happen outside Excel, they hit a wall. Either they asked an engineer or it just never got automated.\n\nTown removes that wall because it already has the context around their work.\n\nThey describe what they want in plain English and it builds the workflow. \n\n\"When a sales deal closes, update the commissions model, pull the relevant contacts from my inbox, and draft a summary for the finance team\". \n\nAnd done.\n\nWatching someone realize they can now automate the parts of their work that used to require a developer is genuinely one of the best things about building this.",
