  "text": "先週末シンガポールにて行われた@AIDotEngineerにて、Sakana AIのResearch Scientistである@Stefania_DrugaがソブリンAIをテーマに登壇しました。\n\nソブリンAIというと、「各国が自前の基盤モデルを持つこと」が語られがちですが、Sakana AIはこれをもう少し広く捉えています。世界中の優れたモデルを 取り入れながら、その出力やふるまいを自国の文化・制度・安全保障に合わせて整え、AIが社会に組み込まれたときに最終的な責任を自国で持てるようにすること。主権はデータ、モデルの適応、複数モデルの協調、ガバナンスといった複数の層から成り立っていて、どこを自国で担い、どこを世界と分かち合うか。その選択肢をもつことが、現実的なソブリンAIの姿だと考えています。\n\nStefaniaは、この考えをSakana AIの4つのプロジェクトに重ねて紹介しました。海外のオープンモデルを日本仕様に整えるSakana Chat / Namazu、研究のプロセス自体を自律化するThe AI Scientist、複数のモデルを協調させて単体を超える性能を引き出すSakana Fugu、そしてトランスフォーマーとは異なる、脳に着想を得たアーキテクチャCTMの4つです。\n\n合わせて、日本の金融機関や政府との取り組みも紹介されました。データの扱い、業務への組み込み、そして最終的な責任の所在を、自国の近くに置いておくべき領域こそ、ソブリンAIの考え方が実地で問われる場面です。\n\n最後にStefaniaは、こんなメッセージを残しました。\n\n「子どもにも、親にも、研究者にも、AIエンジニアにも、私たちは皆、主体性（agency）があります。グローバルな能力よりも重要なのは、ローカルな主体性です」\n\n@AIDotEngineer のコミュニティと交流できたことを心から嬉しく思っています。\n\n講演動画: https://t.co/kbzSPlPzt2",
