@ThinkDi92468945 @MurrayHillGuy1 That’s a good point. For me, empirically they are a net negative. It doesn’t take long to figure out, I saw improvements within 2 weeks when I stopped them. I did have a pro bodybuilder trainer for 6 months (Bogy Yordanov in Miami), impressed natural guy, and he also recommended against supplements and in favor of meat. “Meat is best!”
