"text": "This look very good, few things i'd add:\n- derisking everything, can be consider as \"ablating\" but for the training infra part\n- there is a some alpha in logging the proper thing and being able to quickly identify what to change (see how kimi dev large scale muon for instance)\n- some other stuff on data (dedup/down or up sampling/rewriting ..)\n- you already said it with \"inference efficiency\" but it extend a bit more than inference with model-system co design as describe by stepfun (and previously deepseek, kimi, minimax01)\n\n(i probably forgot stuff as well aha)",
