"text": "先说结论：真正能点燃创造力火焰的，往往不是漫无目的的“广泛好奇”，而是那种死磕一个具体问题的“特定好奇心”！\n\n大家别光顾着追AI热点，今天看了一篇非常有趣的论文《Curiosity made the cat more creative: Specific curiosity as a driver of creativity》创新的真正引擎可能在你意想不到的地方！（《好奇心让猫更有创意》这是什么标题嘛。。。无语。。。差点我就错过了优秀论文了。）\n论文下载地址：https://t.co/W1Cbu6OUkC\n\n在这个AI技术日新月异、人人都在谈论创新和“新质生产力”的时代，我们似乎默认了创意来自发散思维、来自信息的广度连接，于是在各大社交平台中盲目阅读posts。\n\n但我作为一名深耕数字化和知识管理领域的AI知识管理实践者，我总觉得这里面缺了点什么。下午我发现这篇标题就很奇怪的论文，大概扫了一眼摘要，就把我吸引住了。\n\n我沉下心来仔细研读，发现这篇2019年发表的论文简直是给当下浮躁的创新氛围注入了一剂清醒剂：\n\n真正能点燃创造力火焰的，往往不是漫无目的的“广泛好奇”，而是那种死磕一个具体问题的“特定好奇心”！\n\n我的逻辑是这样的：这篇论文通过一系列严谨的实验（包括那个有趣的“胡迪尼消失的大象”案例和对手工艺人的追踪研究）证明，当我们被一个明确的难题困住，并产生强烈的渴望去解决它时（这就是“特定好奇心”），大脑并不会因此变得狭隘。相反，为了攻克这个难题，我们会不自觉地进行更深度的、多路径的探索。\n\n这个过程的关键，论文称之为 “想法连接”（Idea Linking）——就像咱们玩乐高或者解构复杂商业模式一样，你会把前一个想法的某个部分拆解、保留，然后以此为基础，构建出下一个想法，一步步迭代演进，最终可能得到一个与起点截然不同却又极其精妙的解决方案。这可比漫无目的、缺乏内在联系的头脑风暴要“有料”得多，它是一种有方向、有积累的智慧涌现。\n\n这对我们知识工作者在AI时代的价值，简直是醍醐灌顶！AI或许能帮我们处理海量信息、完成重复性任务，但在需要深度思考、啃硬骨头、实现真正意义上“从0到1”的创新时，人类这种由“特定好奇心”驱动、通过“想法连接”步步为营的思考能力，就成了无法替代的核心竞争力。我们积累的**优质知识资产是AI时代的燃料**，而特定好奇心和想法连接的能力，则是点燃这燃料、驱动创新的引擎。这正是**构建人机协同未来**的关键所在——AI负责广度与效率，我们负责深度与突破。\n\n说实话，这次我用 @dessix_io 沉浸在作者的论证逻辑中，轻松地在不同研究、概念和数据之间跳转、对比、连接（这过程本身就很像“想法连接”！），快速抓住了“特定好奇心 → 想法连接 → 创造力”这个核心链条。感觉就像和研究本身进行了一场高效、专注的对话，而不是被动接收信息。对于需要深度理解复杂知识、并从中挖掘价值的知识工作者来说，这样的工具体验实在太重要了。（阅读过程如图，不知道X会不会把清晰度压没了！）\n\n所以，各位X上的朋友，下次面对一个棘手的挑战时，别怕“钻牛角尖”。拥抱这份特定好奇心，享受“想法连接”带来的认知乐趣，这或许正是你在AI时代脱颖而出、创造非凡价值的秘密武器。",
