    "text": "Greg just mapped out what might be the most important startup opportunity landscape of the next decade.\n\nBut the interesting part isn’t the list itself.\n\nIt’s the deeper shift underneath all 36 ideas.\n\nMost people still think we’re entering:\n“the AI app era.”\n\nWe’re not.\n\nWe’re entering the:\nAI infrastructure + human coordination era.\n\nThe biggest companies built over the next 10 years will likely emerge from 3 macro shifts happening simultaneously:\n\n1. AI collapsing operational costs\n2. demographic & behavioral changes\n3. software moving from passive tools → active agents\n\nThat combination creates entirely new markets.\n\nNot just better SaaS.\n\nEntirely new behaviors.\n\nAnd the founders who win probably won’t look like traditional startup founders either.\n\nBecause many of these opportunities require:\n\n1. operational design\n2. workflow thinking\n3. behavioral psychology\n4. distribution advantages\n5. trust systems\n6. vertical integration\n7.
