"text": "I have been enjoying the \"AI Evals For Engineers & PMs\" course from @HamelHusain and @sh_reya. I knew when I signed up I was going to be told \"look at your data!\". No surprise there!\n\nBut this course teaches you how to do that using a scientific process. If looking at your data sounds boring or hard, then take this course. It will give you the activation energy you need to get started. I knew this stuff was important before the course, but I feel much better equipped to do it in practice now. And I'm learning so much knowledge that I can take back to my company to teach others.\n\nOh, and did I mention the course reader! It's probably one of my favourite things about the course. It's essentially a textbook explaining and teaching all the content. \n\nYou also get to hear from many guest speakers and learn about lots of tools and options for evaluating LLMs.\nI really enjoyed @BEBischof recent talk on analyzing failure funnels. There are so many other great experts n this field giving talks too. I can't wait for all the scheduled ones coming up.\n\nI need more time to internalize this content and practice the approaches.
